Why the Gira Ingredients Club?

What Gira called “Technical Dairy Ingredients (TDIs)” over the years have gained importance among our Gira Dairy Club members’ interests. Their valorisation makes the difference in the bottom line of all dairy companies. However, dairy proteins are not alone! The rapid development of plant-based ingredients and bioengineered molecules across the food sector is bringing new opportunities and challenges.

The Gira Ingredients Club (GIC) is dedicated to dairy and non-dairy ingredients. Gira created this new club to address the shared objectives, issues, and challenges of clients from various sectors in the food industry.
