Please complete and submit your registration form before Tuesday the 10th of November 2026. The information on this form is used to book your seat at the physical annual meeting, compile the participant list and prepare name badges/placename cards.
Hotel room reservations – Crowne Plaza (Geneva)
Click on this booking link to make your hotel room reservation. Gira has negotiated a single B&B rate of 195 CHF per night (approx 215 EUR), available exclusively through the booking link. Please note that a credit card is required to secure your booking (free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival). The rate is available from check-in on December 1st to check-out on December 4th. If you intend to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact Jessica Blanc directly.
This rate is available for reservations made until Tuesday November 17th, after which date the Crowne Plaza Hotel will not be able to guarantee availability or this negotiated rate.
Annual Meeting Agenda
The annual meeting draft agenda will follow at the beginning of November. The annual meeting will start at 08h00 CET on Wednesday December 2nd 2026 and end at 16h30 CET on Thursday December 3rd 2026.
