Please complete and submit your registration form by Friday, 10 July 2026. The information provided will be used to confirm your place at the conference, prepare the participant list and name badges/place cards, and share further conference details in the coming months.
Hotel Room Reservations
Important update: Unlike previous years, delegates are responsible for making their own hotel reservations this year using this booking link.
Book Your Stay at the N’vY Hotel
Full GIC membership includes accommodation for one delegate per member company for the night of Wednesday, 9 September 2026, at the N’vY Hotel Geneva, located less than a five-minute walk from the GIC conference hotel, Hotel President, Geneva.
This complimentary night will be applied automatically when booking through the designated booking link. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to two days before your arrival.
Any additional nights and accommodation for extra delegates will be charged directly to the guest.

- CHF 165 per night; Breakfast and city tax not included.
