Please complete and submit your registration form before Tuesday the 11th of November 2025. The information on this form is used to book your seat at the physical annual meeting, compile the participant list and prepare name badges/placename cards.
Hotel room reservations – Crowne Plaza (Geneva)

Gira has negotiated a single B&B rate of 220 CHF per night (approx 235 EUR on 01/10/25), available exclusively through the booking link. Please note that a credit card is required to secure your booking (free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival). The default booking dates are check-in on December 2nd and check-out on December 5th. If you intend to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact Céline Mouny directly.
This rate is available for reservations made until Tuesday November 18th, after which date the Crowne Plaza Hotel will not be able to guarantee availability or this negotiated rate.
Annual Meeting Agenda
The annual meeting draft agenda will follow at the beginning of November. The annual meeting will start at 08h00 CET on Wednesday December 3rd 2025 and end at 16h30 CET on Thursday December 4th 2025.
