    2. our regular market and structural studies of bakery, processed meat, “traditional” and forecourt retailing, snacking, sandwiches, cheese used as an ingredient, etc. which are updated at regular intervals.
  • Studies that describe, explain and forecast the implications of major strategic change in the food chain. Like any supply chain, food & drink experiences “breakpoints” when pent-up change first shows itself or when an unforeseen event has a major impact.  Examples of this type of mulit-client study include “Retail change : Face of Modern Retail in Europe 2005-10“, “Meat marketing change : Global Meat Differentiation, Winners & Losers in European Pigmeat”, “Consumer change : Processed Organic” (in French).
